Welcome to our online store! Sunbird Rooibos provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. The User may not access, use, download, display and / or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this website for marketing and other purposes without the express consent of the Provider. Please read them carefully.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sunbird Rooibos, thereby protected by international copyright laws.
Shipping and Returns Policy
If any purchase of Sunbird Rooibos ever fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact sales@sunbirdrooibos.com. We will review your dissatisfaction and then opt to, either advise an alternate product, offer a compensation of equal or lesser value or refund the purchase. However, returns will be issued within 14 days of notification. If product is returned after 14 days, a refund will be issued only if product is unused and in its original packaging.
Export restriction and country of domicile
Products for sale on this website are available to South African clients only. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Provider chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.
Privacy
Provider shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, 'personal information' shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000.
Payment
Payment for online purchases may be made by direct EFT transfer, Visa or Mastercard credit cards. In the event of non-payment, Provider reserves the right to claim compensation for all costs incurred in the preparation or fulfilment of the confirmed order. Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Provider via PayFast 3D gateway. The Payment Association of South Africa (PASA) is the association recognised by the Reserve Bank (SARB) and responsible for managing payment systems in South Africa. PASA has mandated that 3D Secure is implemented on all online credit card transactions (known as CNP or card not present).
Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, and no credit card details are stored on the website.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Provider separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site.
Merchant outlet and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability with suppliers and our own production capabilities as well as receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days (unless a different lead time has been stated on the website for a specific product or range) and handed over to a courier company or to nearest PostNet Office for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is charged in addition to the order. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers or for orders below a financial threshold set by Provider, we will deliver to a PostNet counter at the nearest town to the User.
Cancellation of orders
The cancellation of confirmed orders should be discussed with, and agreement obtained in writing from, a director of Provider.
Refunds and returns
Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet Provider's standards. Should Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Pricing, Errors and Omissions Excepted
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the online store and of all invoices. Prices are also subject to change due to fluctuating exchange rates. All prices include VAT.
